Hay Everyone,

I think lots of people have heard about the real estate bubble busting and forclosures are up. The FED is also thinking about cutting interest rates by .025% to get back some consumer confidence. Right now is not the perfect time to buy property, but within the next 12 months it will be a buyers market.
