I found in past years that IYHF ( AYH) hostels were a place to find seasonal, temporary jobs in a hostel. some of their hostel are seasonal and hire temp help every year. The Cape Cod hostels are a couple that I remember as doing this. AYH had a hostel managers course for prospective managers, geared to their management techniques, but was a good introduction.
