I would like to work in a hostel

As one day I`d like to open a hostel/hotel for myself, I want to get a hands-on experience in this area.

I`m a 23 years old Romanian guy, I will finish college in a month, speak and write English at a very good level, I have 3 years experience in an office job ( among other things, I was dealing with foreign clients ).

I have fair computer skills ( Win, MS Office, internet, etc and hardware ), traveled a lot in Europe and also China, but in more formal settings and not the backpacking scene.
I`m easy-going, positive, like to be around people.

As I never worked in a hostel before, I`m looking for any kind of job, preferably with accommodation included.Also, I am not in the position to be a volunteer, so some salary will be required.

Locations : Europe, Egypt, Turkey, Israel or SE Asia. But I`m open to other places, as long as I have the opportunity to see how a hostel is run and managed.
