I know... I didn't know much about the prices here when I posted this.

But I found something now so I'm ok.

Marta , may be in the West Europe , the flat can not be a hostel , but in Poland - the flat can be a hostel.
If some can rent 50 m2 for the hostel , then why not 80m2 can not be a hostel ?
May be if its a first or ground floor without neighbors , or if its a separate entrance , why its not good for the hostel , even if its 50 m2 ?

I think in Wrotslaw and Gdansk , you should just search the property , the building , the flat , it should not be called a ''hostel'' , because with this titlce it will be more expensive .

In many countries , the apartments can not be called a hostels , just because they are apartments.
But in the countries like a Poland , Romania , Hungary , I stayed in the places which call themselves apartment-hostels.
Some of them even are top rated in their countries.
