A note about deleting things from the Wiki

There were some things deleted from the Wiki recently. It's okay to remove things from the Wiki if they are inaccurate, but please leave a note why you're removing it. They were anonymous edits so I don't have any way to contact the authors -- but maybe they will see this post...

There are three ways to leave a note about Wiki edits:

1. use the "Talk Page" by clicking the "discussion" tab. I'll get a notification and take a look at the notes.
2. post a note about it here in the forums
3. or, post a note about it in the "summary" field when you edit it

Here is a screenshot of the discussion tab. You can write opinions there like "I think it would be better to remove the part about ____" or "I added a note about ____ because..."



When Wiki pages are edited there's a "summary" field that you can leave a note in:



That will give me a better idea about why things were removed. I reverted the edits until I can determine if the information is inaccurate or not.

The specific information in question is on the list of hostel chains.
