Hostelworld problems
Hostelworld seem pretty efficient at most of the things they do, but perhaps they are not so when things don't go quite right. Many users seem to have difficulty in contacting them to discuss problems.

Wow, I´m famous!
Noah, I also had troubles with one of my reservations with hostelworld. It was not until Klaus from Wombats contacted them that I got the results I needed. I heard from them directly.

Yes , its not without problems.
Some times even for the hostel owners
But still , can any site compare with hostelworld.com ?
