Default Backpacker's perspective on the hostel experience

A backpacker writes about her first two hostel experiences:
    http://marquettejournal.org/2009/02/...o-hostel-life/

I stayed at my first hostel two weeks ago in London....

Both the ... hostels may have been creepy, and dirty, and smelly, but they were a great place to acquaint ourselves with the backpacker way of life....
I thought it was an interesting read...

Excellence can be obtained if you...

...Care more than others think is wise
...Risk more than others think is safe
...Dream more than others think is practical
...Expect more than others think is possible

I noticed the ad is marketing to that young, hip, tech savy Y generation. Not only will this generation be our guests but also future employees as well.I think as an Industry we should be paying alot of attention to this group.
