Does anyone have any software tools that they use to manage hostels?
Here are a few examples that at least one hostel chain appears to be using:
- Dokeos: online education software that can be used for training (features)
- Google Apps - email management, docs, and more.
- SugarCRM: customer relationship management software
Other related productivity software:
- Zoho - similar to what Google offers, especially the Zoho Business suite
- Highrise - intuitive contact management software
- Backpack - todo lists and group calendar
Any useful tools for staying organized, especially with many employees and/or at more than one location? Forums? Groupware? Calendars? CRM software?
