I've actually heard this happens quite a lot in nice restaurants. They will commonly switch an expensive type of fish listed on the menu for a cheaper but similar one stocked in the back. I'm not sure my palate is discerning enough to taste the differences, but that is still fraud in my book.

I remember talking to guy who worked in a restraunt and his advice was never order the seafood if it's on the special board, as it'll be nearly past it's use by date and they're trying to get rid of it. The second advice was never ever order seafood off the specials board if it is a chilli or curry recipe - then it is out of date and they're using the chilli to disguise the taste - food poisoning ahoy!

Unproper food will makes our life shorter for 20-30 years.
I do not think that young people eat good food these days.
I remember my grandparents , who lived in Ukrainian village.
Almoust every day used to eat food , which one hour ago was in the ground , or on the tree or bush.
That's a healthy people who are still alive , they are 78 , 82 years old.
But the young generation eats junk food.
Almoust all fast food is junk food.
It seems that all what is most delicious and poisones - is tasty !
Its of course important , what to eat , how to eat , when to eat.

I had a Japan guests in my hostel and did not like the taste of cheap caviar , they said it taste artificial , and they are right - it is artificial , because original staff is expensive.
Fish is good when it is just from the water , other wise it smells and it does not have the good quality of meat.

Well , then some hostels should initiate the movement of ''healthy young man '' , this movement should promote healthy food.

Bananas , yoghurt ( not syntetic ) , fruits salad , cornflakes , milk . Thats a healthy food.
But some times you just want junk food !
I am hungry without pork , or a peace of meat on the table.
So , it is much depends from the constitution of the organizm.

But the poisonous staff , its a problem today.
I know also some people , who sell the products and never taste that products and never offer them to their friends.
So , we can imagine to what times we are coming .
Epidemies , flues , poisonous food , just shortens the life of people on this planet.
