Berlin's newest and hippest boutique backpacker hostel is looking for a property to move in.

The basic requirements of the property for the hostel:

• Space around 250-350 square meters;
• 5+ rooms (or a possibility to separate the space with walls to build rooms);
• 3-4 toilets and showers (or a possibility to build extra toilets and showers if not enough);
• A kitchen corner (or a possibility to build in a kitchen);
• Spacious common area;
• Price 5-7 EUR per square meter, but not more than 2000 EUR per month;
• Location - Kreuzkölln (preferably north of Neukölln), close to public transportation (ideally near U-Bahn/S-Bahn) or very busy street;
• Preferably commercial building, not residential (to avoid hassles with getting permissions), or even mixed, but not necessarily;
• Preferably ground-floor or 1st floor;

The requirements are not a must, everything is negotiable. We have investment, business plan, financial prognosis, registered company in Germany and most of paperwork and permission applications are in the final stage (were put on hold as we lost the property few weeks ago). So almost everything is done, we just need a property.
