Hi, I’m Gustavo Arenas, owner and founder of ETNICO hostels and Chilean mountain guide. I’m very pleased to receive you in my hometown and to be able to share with you the natural beauty and magic of Pucon. We are located in a stunning part of the world, surrounded by volcanoes, rivers, lakes, and forests-- all of which make this place so special for nature and outdoor activities lovers.

The hostel is a big house with shared rooms, TV room, reading room, kitchen and dining restaurant. The atmosphere is quite familiar as it is served by its owners and has a maximum capacity of 20 people, there are 2 choices of rooms with private bathroom and shared bathroom. We are located on land with native flora, fruit trees and a small farm in Hostel consumption.
