We are looking for social and enthusiastic team players for a variety of roles. They will be responsible for welcoming guests into the hostel, leading them to day/night activities, and creating a fun and inclusive environment. Occasionally, they will also be tasked with general housekeeping (e.g., sweeping common areas, folding laundry, etc.) and making a vegetarian meal for guests to enjoy.

We are a social hostel in sunny Barcelona, seeking fun and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Our staff is the heart of our company — we are social, responsible, and passionate about travel, just like you!

Note: Helpers staying for more than a month have the opportunity to complete our internship program, which may lead to a full-time position. This internship is in partnership with renowned universities and schools such as Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Universitat de Barcelona, HTL Business School, and EMC School, all duly recognized and accredited. You will receive the minimum wage for hours worked during the internship.
