Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the hostel.
* Supervise and support staff to maintain a positive work environment.
* Uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and service.
* Handle reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
Qualifications:
* Previous management experience in hospitality or a related field.
* Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
* European citizenship is preferred, though non-European citizens with necessary work permits may apply.
