Easy to walk to everything in town - local food stalls, markets and restaurants are across the street and all around the neighborhood. The main club district is 15 minutes walk, the red light district is 5 minutes walk, the ring road around the island is 10 minutes walk, Muy Thai stadiums 5 minutes walk, everything is close!
We operate several properties and don't have enough time to manage them all and give them the care they need. With proper dedication and management, this hostel could be much more profitable than it already is, and we want to see what we started continue to grow and succeed. If we sell, we would stick around for weeks or as long as it takes for the new owners to feel comfortable and competent running everything. And even after that we would always make ourselves available to answer questions and help the hostel thrive. We are open to all ideas for sale or partnership. PARTNERSHIP: We'd consider a percentage stake buy-in as a silent partner, but we'd much prefer someone looking to actually come here to live and help run and manage the property. Time is our biggest strain here, juggling more and more projects, so we're looking for someone who wants to live the hostel life, not just throw some money at an investment.
PURCHASE: Price and terms negotiable. Purchase could include all furniture and fixtures, linens, towels, washing machines, appliances, etc. Plus can include Thai business with 2 work permits if needed.
