What do you think are some KILLER features on a PMS that would make you say “TAKE MY MONEY!”?
As a guest, this is something I would LOVE to hear: “Welcome Georgina, thanks for checking-in through our web app (now you won’t have to wait for millions of years with your huge backpack on your back while I ask you for every detail), here’s your bed, here’s your tour of the Hostel and… by the way you can go to this internet address (which you would not need to hire a web developer to achieve it) and book any of our tours, plus you can check the announcement board curated by our guests where you can login with your Facebook account to interact and plan different activities if you’d like.”
Would you consider a necessity to include marketing and social features to a PMS, or just a commodity?
